Initializing help system before first use

XPRSgetintattrib, XPRSgetintattrib64

Purpose
Enables users to recover the values of various integer problem attributes. Problem attributes are set during loading and optimization of a problem.

Arguments
prob 
The current problem.
attrib 
Problem attribute whose value is to be returned. A full list of all problem attributes may be found in Chapter Problem Attributes, or from the list in the xprs.h header file.
p_value 
Pointer to an integer where the value of the problem attribute will be returned.
Example
The following obtains the number of columns in the matrix and allocates space to obtain lower bounds for each column:
int cols;
double *lb;
...
XPRSgetintattrib(prob,XPRS_COLS,&cols);
lb = (double *) malloc(sizeof(double)*cols);
XPRSgetlb(prob,lb,0,cols-1);
