Postsolve the current matrix when it is in a presolved state.

Further information
1. This function currently does not apply to general nonlinear problems, for general nonlinear please use XPRSnlppostsolve.
2. A problem is left in a presolved state whenever a LP or MIP optimization does not complete. In these cases XPRSpostsolve ( POSTSOLVE) can be called to get the problem back into its original state.
