Parameters
- ndirs Int32
- Number of directives.
- colind Int32
- Integer array of length ndirs containing the column numbers. A negative value indicates a set number ( -1 being the first set, -2 the second, and so on).
- priority Int32
- Integer array of length ndirs containing the priorities for the columns or sets. May be null if not required.
- dir Char

Character array of length
ndirs specifying the branching direction for each column or set:
- U: the entity is to be forced up;
- D: the entity is to be forced down;
- N: not specified.
- uppseudo Double
- Double array of length ndirs containing the up pseudo costs for the columns or sets. May be null if not required.
- downpseudo Double
- Double array of length ndirs containing the down pseudo costs for the columns or sets. May be null if not required.
