Parameters

prob   XPRSprob
Problem in which constraints are created.
initialInequalitiesSize   Int32
Expected number of rows to create.
initialNzsSize   Int32
Expected number of non-zeros to create.
hasNames   Boolean
Whether rows will have names.
errorIfVariables   Boolean
If true then raise an error whenever we attempt to dereference a Variable while filling this creator.
