Purpose
Returns the reduced costs from the solution to the presolved problem associated with the current callback.
Synopsis
getcallbackpresolveredcosts(prob, first, last)
Arguments
prob 
The current problem.
first 
First column whose reduced cost to return.
last 
Last column whose reduced cost to return.
Return value
A list with the following elements:
available
This variable will be set to 1 if a dual solution is available.
djs
The reduced costs of the variables.
