Initializing help system before first use

problem.chgMCoef

Purpose
Used to change multiple coefficients in the matrix. If any coefficient does not already exist, it will be added to the matrix. If many coefficients are being added to a row of the matrix, it may be more efficient to delete the old row of the matrix and add a new one.

problem.chgMCoef(rowind, colind, rowcoef)
Arguments
rowind 
Integer array containing the row indices of the coefficients to be changed.
colind 
Integer array containing the column indices of the coefficients to be changed.
rowcoef 
Double array containing the new coefficient values. If an element of rowcoef is zero, the coefficient will be deleted.

Further information
1. problem.chgMCoef is more efficient than repeated calls to problem.chgCoef and should be used in its place if many coefficients are to be changed.
2. Argument rowind may contain xpress.constraint objects instead of indices.
3. Argument colind may contain xpress.var objects instead of indices.
