Initializing help system before first use

problem.getCutMap

Purpose
Used to return in which rows a list of cuts are currently loaded into the Optimizer. This is useful for example to retrieve the duals associated with active cuts.

cutind 
Pointer array to the cuts for which the row index is requested.
Return value
cutmap 
Integer array containing the row indices.
Further information
1. For cuts currently not loaded into the problem, a row index of -1 is returned.
2. Argument cutind may contain xpress.poolcut objects instead of indices.
