problem.nlpOptimize

Purpose
Maximize or minimize an SLP problem
Topic area
Solution Process
Synopsis
problem.nlpOptimize(flags="")
Argument
flags
Flags to pass to problem.nlpOptimize.
Perform a branch and bound search if necessary to solve the problem;
continue a previously interrupted solve.
All other flags are passed to the Optimizer: see problem.lpOptimize.
Related controls
Integer
NLPLOG
Determines the amount of iteration logging information produced.
Bit map determining the type of nonlinear presolve used before the SLP optimization starts.
Bit map determining the SLP algorithm(s) used in the optimization.
Bit map determining the type of augmentation used to create the linearization.
Bit map determining the type of cascading (recalculation of SLP variable values) used during the SLP optimization.

Further information
1. If problem.slpConstruct has not already been called, it will be called first, using the augmentation defined by the control variable SLPAUGMENTATION.
2. If determining rows are provided, then cascading will be invoked in accordance with the setting of the control variable SLPCASCADE.
