Purpose
Validate the feasibility of constraints for a given solution

Argument
solution 
A vector of length COLS containing the solution vector to be checked.
Return value
suminf 
The sum of infeasibility.
sumscaledinf 
The sum of scaled (relative) infeasibility.
objval 
The net objective.
Further information
problem.nlpValidateVector works the same way as problem.nlpValidate, and will update NLPVALIDATIONINDEX_A and NLPVALIDATIONINDEX_R.
