Operators
Creating relations by establishing relations between linear or quadratic expressions. The following operators are defined outside any class definition:
expr1 <= expr2
expr1 >= expr2
expr1 == expr2

Arguments
e 
A linear or quadratic expression.
type 
The relation type, which must be one of:
XPRB_L 
'less than or equal to' constraint;
XPRB_G 
'greater than or equal to' constraint;
XPRB_E 
an equality;
XPRB_N 
a non-binding row (default).
v 
A BCL variable.
Description
Create a new linear or quadratic relation.

Description
This method returns the relation type if successful, and -1 in case of an error.
