Purpose
This subroutine is deprecated and will be removed in a future release. Use problem.addQMatrix instead.
Adds a new quadratic matrix into a row defined by triplets.

Synopsis
problem.addqmatrix(row, rowqcol1, rowqcol2, rowqcoef)
Arguments

Row (i.e.
xpress.constraint object, index, or name) where the quadratic matrix is to be added.

rowqcol1
|
Array with first variables (i.e.
xpress.varobjects, indices, or names) in the triplets.
|
|
rowqcol2
|
Array with second variables (i.e.
xpress.varobjects, indices, or names) index in the triplets.
|
|
rowqcoef
|
Array of coefficients in the triplets.
|
Further information
The triplets should define the upper triangular part of the quadratic expression. This means that to add [x2 + 6 xy] the
rowqcoef array shall contain the coefficients 1 and 3.
