Further information
1. Used to mock the available attachment tags when testing code outside of an Insight scenario.
2. The
single-file usage constraint will only be applied during future calls to modify attachment tags. It will not be applied to attachments that are already tagged when
insightsetattachtags is called.
3. Calling this procedure when
insight_testmode is
false will cause the model to abort with a runtime error.
