Editing Scenario Properties

This section describes how you can edit a scenario's properties from the Scenario Explorer.
You can only edit the properties of a scenario if you are its owner or if you have full access to the scenario.
In many cases you would edit the properties of a scenario to change the scenario's name, add notes, or to move it to a different folder.
  1. From the Home page, select the app in which you want to edit the properties of a scenario.
    The App page is displayed.
  2. Click the Shelf to open the Scenario Explorer.
  3. Select a scenario.
  4. Hover over the scenario name and click the Menu Open icon.
  5. Select Properties from the pop-up menu.
The Scenario Properties dialog box opens.
  6. You can click the scenario name, rename the scenario, and click SAVE.
You can now edit the other fields.
  7. (Optional) Complete one or more of the following actions and click SAVE after each one.
    • To edit the description of the scenario, click Edit the scenario notes and enter a description.
    • To change how the scenario is shared between users, click the Menu Open icon for Sharing and select one of the following options.
      • Private – No sharing with other users.
      • Shared read only – Other users can view the scenario but cannot modify or delete it.
      • Full access – Other users can view, modify and delete the scenario.
    • To change the Owner of the scenario, click the Menu Open icon and select the owner's user name.
Note If you try to change ownership in such a way that you will not have access to this scenario, a warning message is displayed so you can cancel the change of ownership if desired.
    • To change the folder where the scenario is to be located, click the Menu Open icon and select a scenario folder.
Note See Working with Folders for information on folders.
  8. Click CLOSE.
