5	Bound tightening based on function domains.
8	Do not presolve coefficients.
9	Do not remove delta variables.
10	Avoid reductions that can not be dual postsolved.
11	Allow eliminations on determined variables.
12	Avoid performing linear reductions at the nlp level.

The Xpress NonLinear nonlinear presolve (which is carried out once, before augmentation) is independent of the Optimizer presolve (which is carried out during each SLP iteration). Linear reductions are performed according to XPRS_PRESOLVEOPS if bit 12 is not set.
