Integrating Xpress Insight 4.x with Decision Central on DMP
Decision Central is an enterprise level decision management solution deployed through DMP to multiple users within an organization that can be leveraged to provided workflow capabilities to Xpress Insight.
Workspaces are created by a Decision Central administrator that contain a defined workflow, to ensure that tasks are completed in a specific order and with specified oversight and approval.
Tasks are configured into a Decision Central workflow by a process author in accordance with your company's processes. Consult your FICO representative for more information.
Integration with Decision Central adds a Workflow tab to the Insight Admin pages allowing administrators to map workspaces to an Xpress Insight app.
Users of Xpress Insight receive a notification when a workflow task is assigned to them and manage their tasks through the My Tasks tab in Insight.
