Initializing help system before first use

Logging in to FICO® Xpress Insight

Your installation of Xpress Insight will be running in one of two configurations: Development mode or Production mode.
Note: For more on selecting the mode of operation, see the Xpress Insight 5 Administrator Guide.
  • Development mode allows local accounts and should only be used while evaluating Xpress Insight or for development. IdP (Identity Provider) integration is available in development mode if you enable SAML 2.0. For more, see the Xpress Insight 5 Administrator Guide.
  • Production mode should be used for operational installations. It utilizes SAML 2.0 identity verification and disables local accounts. All user administration functions are handled though the IdP system capabilities.

Idle connections will be logged out after 30 minutes-a warning message will be displayed five minutes before the user is automatically logged out.
