Introduction
The Xpress Executor REST API allows for multiple concurrent executions of the model. The service supports connecting to the solution database and interacting with other platform components outside the deployed solution. The service can be scaled horizontally. This enables rapid, scalable, and highly concurrent executions, serving as a high-throughput Insight Solver middleware solution for further integration with other FICO components.
The REST API execution endpoint accepts model parameters and input data, and it then executes the model in a pool of reusable Mosel instances. The execution endpoint call is synchronous and returns the results when execution finishes. The run log is automatically uploaded to S3 after execution is completed.
