addmanagedcut

Purpose
Add a cut to the optimizer's internal cut pool.
Synopsis
procedure addmanagedcut(glb:boolean, type:integer, linexp:linctr)
Arguments
glb 
If true the cut should be assumed to be valid for the whole problem, otherwise it will be valid for the current node and its descendants
type 
Cut type (equation/inequality), which may be one of:
CT_GEQ 
Inequality (greater or equal)
CT_LEQ 
Inequality (less or equal)
CT_EQ 
Equality
linexp 
Linear expression (= unbounded constraint)
Further information
1. The cut will be added to an internal pool of cuts managed by the optimizer.
2. This routine can only be called from the solver callback XPRS_CB_CUTROUND (see setcallback).
