addmanagedcuts

Purpose
Add an array of cuts to the optimizer's internal cut pool.
Synopsis
procedure addcuts(glb:boolean, type:array(range) of integer, linexp:array(range) of linctr)
Arguments
glb 
If true the cuts should be assumed to be valid for the whole problem, otherwise they will be valid for the current node and its descendants
type 
Array of cut types (equation/inequality):
CT_GEQ 
Inequality (greater or equal)
CT_LEQ 
Inequality (less or equal)
CT_EQ 
Equality
linexp 
Array of linear expressions (= unbounded constraints)
Further information
1. The cuts will be added to an internal pool of cuts managed by the optimizer. Note that the two arrays that are passed as parameters to this procedure must have the same index set.
2. This routine can only be called from the solver callback XPRS_CB_CUTROUND (see setcallback).
