Initializing help system before first use

bim2exe

Purpose
Turn a bim file into an executable.
Synopsis
procedure bim2exe(src:string, dst:string)
Arguments
src 
Bim file.
dst 
Destination file name (can be a directory, extension may be omitted).
Example 
 bim2exe("test.bim",".")
   ! -> CP test.bim deploy.csrc:test.c
   ! ... system-dependent compilation commands ...
 runcmd("test")
   ! -> test
   ! ... output from running test.mos ...
Further information
1. This functionality requires the availability of a C compiler.
2. The operation will be performed only if the src file is newer than the destination file.
3. The destination file will be deleted if the variable runmode is set to "clean".
4. Any execution error will cause a program termination if exitonfail is true.
