c2obj

Purpose
Compile a C/C++ file.
Synopsis
procedure c2obj(srcs:list of string, dst:string)
procedure c2obj(src:string, dst:string)
Arguments
src 
Source file.
srcs 
Source file followed by its dependencies.
dst 
Destination file name (can be a directory, extension may be omitted).
Further information
1. This functionality requires the availability of a C/C++ compiler.
2. The operation will be performed only if either of the isrcs files or src is newer than the destination file.
3. The destination file will be deleted if the variable runmode is set to "clean".
4. Without destination the compiled files are saved in the same location as the sources.
5. Any execution error will cause a program termination if exitonfail is true.
