obj2dso

Purpose
Build a module from an object or a list of objects.
Synopsis
procedure obj2dso(isrcs:list of string, dst:string, linker:integer)
procedure obj2dso(src:string, dst:string)
procedure obj2dso(isrcs:list of string, dst:string)
Arguments
isrcs 
List of object files (extension may be omitted).
src 
Object file (extension may be omitted).
dst 
Destination file name (can be a directory, extension may be omitted).
linker 
Either USE_CC, USE_CXX or 0 (linker guessed from source files).
Further information
1. This functionality requires the availability of a C/C++ linker.
2. The operation will be performed only if either of the isrcs files or src is newer than the destination file.
3. The destination file will be deleted if the variable runmode is set to "clean".
4. Any execution error will cause a program termination if exitonfail is true.
