Purpose
Set the value of a field in a record.
Synopsis
function setarrval(rec:record, num:integer, val:any):reflecterror
Arguments
rec 
A record or a union containg a record
num 
Field number
val 
Value to be assigned
Return value
The error status as a reflecterror
Further information
The execution status of the function is notified via its return value. If this value is ignored ( i.e. the function is used as a procedure) the execution of the model will be interrupted in case of error ( e.g. invalid field number).
