XPRSloadsecurevecs

Purpose
Allows the user to mark rows and columns in order to prevent the presolve removing these rows and columns from the matrix.

Arguments
prob 
The current problem.
nrows 
Number of rows to be marked.
ncols 
Number of columns to be marked.
rowind 
Integer array of length nrows containing the rows to be marked. May be NULL if not required.
colind 
Integer array of length ncols containing the columns to be marked. May be NULL if not required.
Example
This sets the first six rows and the first four columns to not be removed during presolve.
int rowind[] = {0,1,2,3,4,5};
int colind[] = {0,1,2,3};
...
XPRSreadprob(prob,"myprob","");
XPRSloadsecurevecs(prob,6,4,rowind,colind);
XPRSmipoptimize(prob,"");
Further information
This function cannot be called while the current problem is being solved or when it is in an interrupted state. Use XPRSpostsolve to restore the problem to a non-solving state.
