CUTAGGROWS

Description
Strategy for row aggregation used when separating Mixed Integer Rounding (MIR) cuts, lifted cover cuts and Strong Chvatal-Gomory (CG) cuts. Row aggregation combines several rows of the problem into a single row from which a cut is then derived. A more aggressive strategy will try more and more complex row aggregations, which can uncover cuts that would otherwise be missed, at the cost of extra computational effort and, in some cases, at the cost of separating denser cutting planes that could slow down the node throughput.
