Description
Strategy to decide whether cutting planes already added to the matrix may themselves be used as base rows for separating new Mixed Integer Rounding (MIR) cuts, lifted cover cuts and Strong Chvatal-Gomory (CG) cuts. A more aggressive strategy allows cutting from cut rows more often, which can uncover additional cuts, at the cost of extra computational effort and, in some cases, at the cost of separating denser cutting planes that could slow down the node throughput.
