Mark Greene was named CEO of FICO in February 2007. FICO is the leader in analytics and Decision Management technology, transforming business by making every decision count. The company uses predictive analytics to help businesses automate, improve, and connect decisions across organizational silos and customer lifecycles.
Dr. Greene previously spent 12 years with IBM, where he was a leader in the company's financial services industry segment and software business groups. He served as vice president of sales for Financial Services, responsible for setting business development strategy and driving growth across the $24 billion banking, financial markets and insurance industry segment. He also served as general manager of the Banking unit, IBM's largest industry vertical, with responsibility for a $14 billion global business portfolio of 1,200 banking clients. Earlier, he focused on IBM's software strategy, co-founding the e-commerce initiative now known as WebSphere.
Prior to IBM, Dr. Greene served in leadership roles with financial technology firms Technology Solutions Company, Berkeley Investment Technologies, and Citicorp. He began his career in 1982 at the Federal Reserve Board, where he served as Economist and Assistant Director of Research.
Thomas A. BradleyExecutive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Tom Bradley joined FICO as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2009. Mr. Bradley brings to FICO 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Previously, he headed North America Operations for Zurich Financial Services, a firm he joined in 2004 in the role of chief financial officer for North America. Before that, Bradley was executive vice president and CFO for The St. Paul Companies. Mr. Bradley joined St. Paul in 1998 when that company acquired USF&G, where he was serving as vice president and corporate controller. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Mr. Bradley also holds a master’s of business administration degree from Loyola College of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Charles L. IllExecutive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Charlie Ill joined FICO in February of 2010 as executive vice president of sales & marketing. Prior to joining FICO, Mr. Ill was senior vice president, global sales at Avaya, a provider of enterprise communications systems. Before joining Avaya, Mr. Ill was executive vice president, worldwide sales at BEA Systems, where he was accountable for all direct sales, business partner sales, sales operations and strategic alliances. Until January 2003, Mr. Ill held various sales and marketing positions with IBM Corporation, most recently as vice president, worldwide software geographic sales, marketing and technical team, a role in which he was responsible for $13 billion in annual revenue. Mr. Ill holds an MBA in finance and a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering, both from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
Deborah KerrExecutive Vice President, Chief Product and Technology Officer
Deborah Kerr joined FICO in February 2009 as Executive Vice President–Chief Product and Technology Officer. She is responsible for leading the global product and technology organization, and is responsible for FICO’s portfolio of Decision Management solutions. Ms. Kerr joined FICO from HP, where she spent four years, most recently as chief technology officer of EDS, an HP company. She previously served as SVP-product delivery for Peregrine Systems, leading product marketing and management, R&D, shared technology, technology alliances, enablement and operations. She began her career with NASA / Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), where she served as a mission operations manager. Ms. Kerr holds a master’s degree in computer science, a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has completed additional studies in Cognitive Science.
Mark R. ScadinaExecutive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mark Scadina joined FICO in 2007 as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Before joining FICO, Mr. Scadina was executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Liberate Technologies, a leading provider of interactive services software founded by Oracle and Netscape. Prior to that, Mr. Scadina was vice president and general counsel of InterTrust Technologies, the pioneer in digital rights management solutions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Scadina practiced law in the Silicon Valley office of Pennie & Edmonds. Mr. Scadina received his law degree from U.C. Berkeley School of Law and holds a BS degree in computer engineering from Santa Clara University.
Richard Deal leads FICO’s Human Resources function focused on attracting, engaging, developing and deploying talent through innovative human capital management strategies. He joined FICO in January, 2001 from Arcadia Financial Ltd., where he held the executive HR role for three years. Prior to that, he held a number of senior HR positions supporting the mortgage and corporate trust divisions of U.S. Bancorp in Minneapolis. Mr. Deal has extensive experience leading acquisition integration activities, building compensation and performance management systems and developing leadership competencies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University.
Dr. Andrew N. JenningsSenior Vice President, Chief Research Officer
Andrew Jennings has held a number of leadership positions at FICO since joining the company in 1994, including VP of Global Account Management Solutions, and director of FICO’s European operations. Before joining FICO, Dr. Jennings served as head of unsecured credit risk for Abbey National plc, where he introduced account behavior scoring and mortgage scoring. He also served as a lecturer in economics and econometrics at the University of Nottingham. He has a BA and Ph.D. in economics, and an MSc in agricultural economics from the University of Wales.
Dick Stewart joined FICO in 2007, and leads all of the company's global consulting and delivery services, including analytic consulting. Mr. Stewart joined the company from SAP, where he spent six years leading the global consulting line of business. Prior to that, he held executive positions with Grant Thornton LLP, including interim chief executive partner and co-chief operating partner. Mr. Stewart has a degree from Wichita State University Barton School of Business, and has completed executive studies at the Wharton and Harvard schools of business.
Robert M. Berini, Sr.Vice President, Strategic Partners
Bob Berini joined FICO in 2007 as Vice President of Strategic Partners. He leads a global team in the business development, sales execution, and relationship management of FICO's alliances and business partners. Prior to joining FICO, Mr. Berini spent over 30 years with IBM in sales management of client business units, solution groups, and business partner networks. He was most recently responsible for increasing business partner-related sales revenue to over $4 billion in IBM's Financial Services Sector. Mr. Berini was also a Lieutenant Colonel and Senior Pilot in the US Air Force, serving in the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve forces. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Michael (Mike) J. PungVice President, Finance and Investor Relations
Mike Pung joined FICO in 2004 as vice president, Finance, and oversees the finance and investor relations functions for the company. He has more than 18 years of financial leadership experience in both entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 companies, including Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., U.S. Satellite Broadcasting, and Deluxe Corporation. In addition, Mr. Pung served as an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche. He holds a BSBA in Accounting from the University of North Dakota.
Christopher RenceVice President, Chief Information and Business Transformation Officer
Christopher Rence leads FICO's Chief Information Office, which encompasses ASP operations, business applications, technical infrastructure, corporate security, operational audit and contract management. Prior to joining FICO, Mr. Rence was an associate partner with Accenture and held a number of roles that included development, ERP systems, technical infrastructure and engineering, data center engineering and Global Solution Office and Center construction during his 12 year tenure there. Mr. Rence has also held positions with CVN, Carlson Companies and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. He earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of California.
Larry Rosenberger was named FICO's first Research Fellow in 2007, following more than 33 years of service to the company. In this capacity, he continues to pursue research projects that advance FICO's analytic science. From 1999 to 2007, he led FICO’s Research Unit, focused on early stage innovation in such areas as decision analytics/Strategy Science and Consumer Capacity Index. From 1991 to 1999, he served as President and CEO. During that time, FICO experienced consecutive years of record growth, with annual revenues increasing from $31 million to over $276 million. Prior to that position, he managed the Engineering, Research, and Development Division. In that capacity, he was responsible for the technical development, production and marketing of the company's most advanced products. Mr. Rosenberger holds a B.S. in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS in physics and operations research from the University of California, Berkeley. He is also chairman of the board of directors of the Marin Education Fund and board member of the Marin Community Foundation.
