    An updated Software Support and Maintenance Policy is effective June 1, 2009.  This policy now includes Extended Support which offers clients the flexibility to upgrade at a later date.  Read the entire policy.

    FICO’s new Web-based support tool to access Customer Support 7x24 from anywhere in the world. Enter Service Requests on-line and track them through resolution. Find solutions in the FICO Knowledge Base and query known issues. Check with FICO Customer Support to determine when this tool will be available for your product(s).

The site includes various support tools such as validation charts, product descriptions and other support material.     This service provides online access to LiquidCredit Service documentation. It is available to some clients who have purchased LiquidCredit Service decision engine or broker engine and have an active support/maintenance contract.

    FICO Internet Delivery Service (FIIDS) provides any FICO client or partner with a highly secure, centralized method of receiving and distributing information when using a wide range of our products and services, including FICO® Precision Marketing Manager and FICO® Network Services. Currently more than 640 companies in six countries are using FIIDS to easily and efficiently deliver and retrieve their data and reports from FICO using this browser-controlled environment.

 

  • National Change of Address Service
    FICO is licensed by the United States Postal Service to provide National Change of Address service. The service provides address correction and updating for lists that are being prepared for mailing.
