Complete this FICO Certification to learn how to describe the value, capabilities, and enabling technologies of FICO Platform, along with the supporting concepts. Get hands on in a simulated environment. 

FICO® Decision Modeler Developer I Certified Practitioner 

This program will certify that participants can effectively use FICO® Decision Modeler to design, configure, implement, and deploy decision services for real-world business scenarios. Through a combination of instructor-led training, guided workshops, hands-on development, and a formal examination, the program validates that participants have the practical knowledge and skills required to successfully build and deploy decision services using FICO® Decision Modeler.

FICO® Falcon Fraud Manager Case Management Certified Associate

This certification program validates that candidates have demonstrated the foundational knowledge and skills required to configure, maintain, and operate Falcon Case Manager. The program includes training on fraud operational procedures, case management workflows, hotlist management, reporting, and user administration, culminating in a certification exam.

FICO® Falcon Fraud Manager Rule Authoring Certified Associate

This certification validates that candidates have demonstrated the foundational knowledge and skills required to create and deploy fraud rules in Falcon Expert. Certified associates demonstrate proficiency in rule syntax, constructs, and validation processes, as well as the ability to interpret report data to evaluate rule performance and effectiveness. The certification also covers transactional data feeds and authorization response strategies.

FICO® Falcon Fraud Manager Rule Authoring Certified Practitioner

This certification validates that candidates have demonstrated advanced proficiency in rule authoring, strategy development, and fraud optimization within Falcon Fraud Manager. Certified Practitioners demonstrate mastery of advanced rule constructs, optimization techniques, UDV/UDP applications, and strategic fraud management approaches. The program includes training plus a formal certification examination.
