Global analytics software leader FICO has announced that a team from Cognizant (Nasdaq: CTSH), a leading provider of information technology, consulting, and business process services, has been named one of the winners of its inaugural Global System Integrator (GSI) Partner Hackathon, held at its Bengaluru campus — home to its largest global office and a key hub for innovation. The event invited leading GSI partners to develop real-world solutions to complex financial challenges using FICO® Platform.

The winning Cognizant team developed a financial marketing solution designed to optimize campaigns, leveraging AI to help identify the most effective financial offer and optimal delivery channel, whether SMS, email, or voice, based on customer credit history, segmentation and engagement patterns. The solution is designed to help financial institutions enhance customer engagement and improve conversion rates with precision and scale.

The Cognizant solution was evaluated by a panel of eight FICO judges based on alignment with the challenge, business impact, innovation, customer appeal, teamwork, and quality of presentation.
