Who is a Subprocessor?
FICO uses certain corporate affiliates and third-party vendors to support the delivery of FICO's SaaS Services (including, but not limited to, the FICO Platform and FICO Customer Communications Services (“CCS”)) to our clients. The corporate affiliates and third-party vendors identified on this webpage may act as Subprocessors of Client Personal Data (both as defined in our Data Processing Addendum) in connection with the delivery or provision of our SaaS Services. FICO undertakes appropriate due diligence on Subprocessors relating to data protection and information security prior to engagement.
