Using the FICO® Falcon® platform , the company has increased fraud detection by 25% and reduced overall payment fraud by 18% – a significant decrease for a company that currently handles 90 million accounts and more than $25 billion in payment volumes. Conductor also had a 95% reduction in fraud analysis time compared to the previously used solution.
