Fair Isaac Announces New Stock Repurchase Program and Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

(Shanghai, China) - Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE:FIC) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a common stock repurchase program to acquire up to USD 250 million of the company's outstanding common stock.

This new program replaces Fair Isaac's previous common stock repurchase program, which authorized the company to acquire up to USD 500 million of outstanding stock. Under the previous program, Fair Isaac purchased approximately 12,1 million shares of its common stock, at an aggregate cost of approximately USD 465,5 million. The stock repurchase program, which is open-ended, allows the company to repurchase its shares from time to time in the open market and in negotiated transactions.

Fair Isaac Corporation also announced today that it has declared a two cent per share quarterly dividend, payable on December 19, 2007, to shareholders of record on December 5, 2007. The dividend was declared during a meeting of the company's Board of Directors on November 9, 2007.
