2026 FICO Decision Award Winners - Decisions That Matter
The 2026 FICO® Decision Awards Winners are organizations that are delivering outstanding results using AI, advanced analytics, and decision management technology to grow businesses, manage risk, and reduce costs. I’m delighted to congratulate this year’s winners, whose achievements highlight what’s possible when innovation is paired with disciplined execution.
We're witnessing AI's broad adoption as business-critical infrastructure, with innovations such as specialized language models and autonomous systems fundamentally reshaping how decisions are made. This year’s entries demonstrated how organizations worldwide are combining technology and strategy to tackle increasingly complex challenges.
In 2025, organizations accelerated digital initiatives to strengthen fraud prevention, customer management, and regulatory compliance. These winning projects used FICO Platform to tackle real-world problems—including Grab Finance expanding credit access to nearly 100 million underserved people across Southeast Asia, Santander Brazil preventing more than R$150 million in fraud, T-Mobile processing millions of credit applications each month, and Inditex, owner of Zara, automating garment distribution across more than 5,500 physical stores worldwide to ensure each location receives the full range of products needed to meet customer demand.
Now in their fourteenth year, the awards celebrate organizations whose innovative spirit is redefining decision-making in an increasingly complex world. Congratulations to all on these remarkable achievements.
