Top fintech innovators are transforming financial services through AI, analytics and digital decisioning.

Today at FICO® World, global analytics software leader FICO announced the winners of its second FICO® Decision Hero Awards, recognizing leaders who are pushing the boundaries of what advanced analytics can achieve in banking and financial services. This year’s honorees include executives from TD Bank in North America, Lloyds Banking Group in the UK, and Siam Commercial Bank in Thailand.

“Each of this year's Decision Heroes has done something remarkable,” said Nikhil Behl, president, software at FICO. “They've taken the complexity of AI and analytics and made it work for real people, in real markets, at real scale. That's an achievement worth celebrating.”

The winners will be recognized on the main stage at FICO World 2026taking place from May 19-22, 2026, at the Signia By Hilton hotel in Orlando, Florida.

A pioneer in enterprise credit decisioning, Sasha Radulovich has spent over 23 years at TD, one of North America's largest financial institutions, leading the full arc of its credit transformation journey. He has driven TD's transition from legacy on-premise systems to a modern, cloud-based decisioning platform, centralising and unifying credit underwriting across the Canadian bank under one common framework, and most recently spearheading TD's credit pre-approvals capability to deliver faster, more consistent outcomes for customers across the credit lifecycle. Before joining TD, Sasha built his analytical and strategic foundations through a career in management consulting, serving blue chip organisations including AT&T, BCE Corporation and Nortel Networks, experience that continues to shape his vision for data-driven decisioning at scale.

A credit and lending executive with over two decades of experience across some of Canada's most prominent financial institutions, David Bordeleau has built a career at the intersection of credit strategy, analytics and technology transformation. Since joining TD in 2011, he has been instrumental in launching numerous credit products and leading the strategic transformation of TD's credit card originations from on-premise to cloud, driving faster, more efficient customer engagement across the credit lifecycle. Before TD, David held senior leadership roles at Bank of America and MBNA, where he developed deep expertise in marketing analytics, predictive modelling and credit operations across Canadian card services.

Will Ashman (Europe, Middle East, and Africa)

With a career spanning four decades across two of the UK's most prominent financial institutions, Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group, Will Ashman has developed exceptional depth in risk decision systems. Since 2021, he has played a key role in Lloyds’ Risk Transformation programme, leading the development of multi product decisioning strategies on the FICO® Platform across consumer originations.  His ability to combine technical expertise with pragmatic delivery has been key to maintaining business resilience and regulatory confidence, with his team now leading its expansion into customer management; a deployment set to reshape how one of the UK's largest banks serves its customers at scale.

A transformational leader in ASEAN financial services, Sarut Ruttanaporn has steered CardX, a leading Thai credit card and personal loan business under the SCBX Group, through an ambitious digital overhaul since its founding in 2022. Working with FICO to unify credit decisioning across origination, account management and collections, CardX has achieved up to 10x faster strategy deployment and a projected THB 2 billion in risk-adjusted revenue growth across its four million customers. Before founding CardX, Sarut held senior leadership roles at Siam Commercial Bank, including President, having built earlier international expertise at Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan Chase. Now appointed CEO of Siam Commercial Bank, he brings a rare combination of global markets experience and digital transformation leadership to one of Thailand's most prominent financial institutions.
