FICO Named America's Best Mid-Sized Employer by Forbes Magazine

FICO was recently named one of America’s Best Mid-Sized Employers by Forbes Magazine for the third consecutive year — ranking in the top quintile overall and #7 in the IT, Internet, Software & Services Industry segment.

FICO has been recognized by Forbes for a third consecutive year based solely on an anonymous survey of 45,000 Americans working for companies with 1,000 to 5,000 employees. To make this list, ranking three years running speaks volumes about the culture we’ve created here at FICO - one that encourages our people to grow professionally, empowers them to challenge established ways of doing things, and motivates them to earn the respect of team members and customers. We’re very proud of our colleagues for the spirit of ownership and innovation that has allowed FICO to achieve this honor.

Forbes partnered with research company Statista for the America's Best Employers list, and respondents were asked to anonymously rate, on a scale of zero to 10, how likely they’d be to recommend their employer to others and to cite any other employers they’d also recommend. The final list ranks the 500 mid-size employers that received the most recommendations.
