FICO Honored in Forbes’ Best Mid-Sized Employers List for Second Year

I am thrilled to share the news that FICO was ranked Number Two on the Forbes 2022 list of America’s Best Mid-Sized Employers and Number One in the IT, Internet, Software & Services Industry list. Ranking top out of 500 companies for the second consecutive year, this recognition was calculated by an anonymized survey based entirely on our employee satisfaction. Forbes posted the full list of top 500 company rankings today.

Such positive recognition signifies that our core values continue to guide us well: 1) Act Like an Owner, 2) Delight Our Customers, and 3) Earn the Respect of Others. I admire the way FICO colleagues value collaboration as we relentlessly pursue excellence. We strive to earn each other’s respect by delivering on our promises – and that translates to going above and beyond to ensure the success of our customers. Despite the complexity of what we do, people in departments across the globe rise to meet challenges and inspire each other to learn and grow. As one colleague recently shared with me – when FICO people come together, we can accomplish virtually anything.

The spirit of empowerment in our organization is another driving force for why I think we are a great place to work. Every FICO colleague has a voice and is encouraged to use it, whether it’s through quarterly engagement surveys or contributing to our FICO Podcast Network, an initiative created by colleagues, for colleagues, to broadly share thoughts and ideas. Each of us is equally empowered to think innovatively and to collaborate to solve business challenges via FICO Transformers, a community of global colleagues who work together across disciplines, implementing solutions to common progress barriers. 

And, we care about one another. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our people first.
