FICO Platform Launches in Indonesia
Applied Intelligence innovation brought to dynamic market with nearly 300M consumers

Last week we officially launched FICO Platform in Indonesia at an event in Jakarta with around 100 guests from the country's top banks and financial institutions, the Indonesian media as well as two government dignitaries.
There was great interest in our industry-leading, cloud-based platform from attendees across financial services many of whom are current users of our solutions.
The arrival of AWS in Indonesia was the catalyst for our launch, as it allowed us to bring FICO Platform to market while satisfying data sovereignty requirements.
An Enterprise Wide Opportunity To Drive Growth
Local financial service providers are excited about the possibilities of new advanced decisioning, analytics and AI capabilities. The Indonesian market presents a huge opportunity for them with nearly 300 million people, a rising middle class and an economy that’s rapidly evolving.
FICO Platform is well placed solution to help them address some of their biggest market challenges such as: enhancing financial inclusion amid population diversity and limited infrastructure, navigating a complex regulatory landscape, and effectively adopting technological innovations while managing cybersecurity and evolving customer preferences.
We were pleased to have Zulkifli Salim, deputy director from Indonesia’s banking regulator, attend and endorse FICO’s approach when it came to national priorities in the industry roadmap.

First Indonesian Customer For FICO Platform
We also announced our launch customer on Tuesday. Superbank, a new bank backed by Grab, Emtek and Singtel, has chosen FICO Platform for enterprise-wide digital transformation. Our joint cloud-based Platform approach will help Superbank enhance its analytic capabilities, digital services and expand its range of offerings, starting with a seamless onboarding process.
The event resulted in significant media coverage from top Indonesian outlets, a selection of which you can read here: SWA.co.id, Republika.co.id, InfoKomputer.grid.id
The team in Indonesia, including Lydia Cendrawati, Pranav Kothari and Dattu Kompella and all of their supporting colleagues, are looking forward to bringing applied intelligence to the Indonesian market to drive real value and meaningful solutions and outcomes for customers.
